Manufacturing, strict testing and quality control, all begin in our factory at RABALE, NAVI MUMBAI. In India , SECO is the first manufacturer of Load Cells capacity 400 ton-Qty. 14 nos. This all load cells are tested, calibrated & approved by BVIS, using our owned 500 ton press and 400 ton Calibrated Load Cell. For Crane application, no any other manufacturer have the design like SECO LOAD CELLS & LOAD INDICATION SYSTEMS in India. SECO also supplied high pressure measure-instruments & systems upto 2200 bar to well reputed test houses, government departments and light & heavy industries.

EXCELLENCE IN DESIGN :

SECO design the Load Cells, Pressure Transducers and Accessories to suit any application with digital indication systems as per customer needs. The product have great resistance to extraneous forces applied. LOAD CELLS, PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS & DIGITAL INDICATOR are strictly manufactured or import under the Indian Standards Specifications to take approval of inspection authority like IRS, LLOYDS, ABS, DNV, BVIS, NPL and etc.

PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE :

The Load Cell & Pressure Transducer's elements and outer casing are made of high strain alloy steel or stainless steel to suit Load Cell specifications. The material for construction of Load Cell is arranged through local agencies. It is made by MUKUND, MUSCO in India or Imported from ITALY , JAPAN , USA , USSR and etc. The elements are hardened to give yield strength with good repeatability. It is also well protected through high durable surface plating & coating. The strain gauges used called as foil type sensor and other accessories to installed are imported. The strain gauges are bonded to the elements using special technique with special imported accessories. About our electronic indication systems there is no any chance to fail system at all. The well reputed and easily available components are used for zero complaint in production and after installation at site. SECO jointly work with foreign companies for special application of Load Indication Systems for cranes with digital part and consultancy services excluding Load Cells and mounting accessories.

QUALITY ASSURANCE :

SECO range of LOAD CELLS, PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS & DIGITAL INDICATORS leave factory after rigorous testing and are duly certified by our Quality Assurance Division. SECO have one of the finest facilities for quality assurance of Load Cells, Pressure Transducers and Digital indicators. These include in house testing machines of capacity 30, 50, 100, 200 & 500 ton each with high accuracy calibrated Load Cells and Proven Rings approved by NPL, NCCBM, IRS, DNV, BVIS. Each and every LOAD CELL, PRESSURE TRANSDUCER & DIGITAL INDICATOR is manufactured and tested under Indian standard specifications only, consequently, should have no problems in getting approval by the Weights and Measurements Departrnent and other inspecting Authorities in India.

OUTSIDE FACILITY :

SECO have the testing facilities out side the factory on contract basis for different types of applications like Link Load Cell Testing, Tension Load Cell Testing, Break Load Testing, Pressure Transducer Testing & Calibration, Dead Load Testing, Impact Testing, Special type Load Cells and etc. They are as follows :
